LOST PROPERTY

You may contact us via phone or email support@skymaxicabs.com.au . Most lost items are brought to the office 24 to 48 hours after they are found. If someone leaves something in a taxi, the driver can charge a standard fare to return it if asked. Items can also be left in our office for us to pick up. (Items can be kept for up to one month.) But if goods are left in the trunk of the car, it is the driver's job to give them back as soon as possible and for no extra cost.

We can't always find lost items, so we ask passengers to check to make sure they have all of their things before getting off the bus or train. Most people leave behind their phones, keys, bank cards, and wallets when they get out of a taxi, so make sure you have everything when you get out.
